O R D E R
The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation letter dated 20.12.2022.
2. As against the order passed by the Tahsildar concerned, the petitioner preferred appeal before the 2nd respondent i.e. Revenue Divisional Officer on 20.12.2022 and in order to consider the same and to dispose the said appeal on merits within a time frame, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.A.Ramesh Manikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. In view of the order going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with. 2/4

The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents would submit that, the appeal filed by the petitioner which is pending before the 2nd respondent would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, of course after giving opportunity of being heard to both the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 20.12.2022 and pass orders thereon, of course after hearing the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
