The writ petition has been filed challenging the award passed by the 1st respondent under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

3. The Award of the 1st respondent can be challenged only under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, which is without jurisdiction.
