ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.31234 of 2024 by an order dated 16.12.2024 passed by this Court that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Periamet Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., before the respondent police until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31234 of 2024 on 16.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 24-01-2025 Lpp To
