ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30099 of 2025 dated 05.11.2025, passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the learned JM NO.I Cuddalore, daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.30099 of 2025 dated 05.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
