ub C O M M O N O R D E R It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in spite of several letters and remainders sent to the petitioner, the petitioner has not turned up. He has also sent a letter to the petitioner and that was also returned as "the first petitioner was died and the second petitioner is stayed at out side, hence returned" and to that effect he has also filed a memo dated 06.12.2017 and the said memo was taken on record.
