JUDGMENT
[This Appeal has been taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing] This Appeal has been filed by the Transport Corporation challenging the Award dated 26.11.2010 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub Court, Hosur) in MCOP.No.101 of 2009.
2. The learned counsel for the Appellant has submitted that the entire award amount has already been deposited by the Appellant and the same has also been withdrawn by the respondent/claimant and therefore, this Appeal has now become infructuous. He has also filed a memo to that effect on 16.09.2020(today) through E-mail.
