The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to call for the records in CC.No.21 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri and quash the final report.

This criminal original petition is filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.21 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the co-accused related to the present C.C.No.21 of 2010 already approached this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18378 of 2010 and this Court entertained the same by accepting the compromise 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition in between the accused and the complainant therein, and accordingly quashed the proceedings in C.C.No.21 of 2010.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
