Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant interim stay of all further proceeding pursuant to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in R.P.No.78/2015 dated 27.02.2017 pending disposal of the above writ petition No.8282/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.RAJASEKAR FOR M/S.R.HEMALATHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.G.DHANAMADHRI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Since the petitioner's revision petition has been dismissed and the Compounding fee has already been paid, the question of grant of stay does not arise.
