JUDGMENT
(Judgment of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) This writ appeal has been directed against the impugned order dated 27.02.2012 passed in W.P. No.15718 of 2005 wherein the learned Single Judge has observed as follows: '10...Therefore, at the risk of repetition, it is to be reiterated that this is a classic case of "No Evidence" and there is not an iota of material available on record to implicate the petitioner for the charges framed against him.'
2.In the light of the above findings that there is no iota of material evidence available on record against the first respondent for the charges and that the first respondent retired from service in the year 2009, we do not find any error or infirmity in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge and therefore, we are inclined to dismiss this appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal stands dismissed. Consequently, M.P. No.1 of 201s stands closed. No costs.
