This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.354 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report will be filed during the course of the day.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in accordance with law, if so advised.
