(ii)Stay the further proceedings in OS.No.1891/2012 which is pending on the file of the 2nd Assistant City Civil Court Chennai till the (in CMP.6316/2018) disposal of the Rev.Appl.62 of 2018 Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAVIKUMAR, SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.PAUL AND PAUL, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S.R.VENKATARAMAN, Advocate for the respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The matter is listed today under the caption "for extension of stay" through video-conferencing.

2. Heard both sides.

3. By consent of both the parties, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

4. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, on 18.06.2018. The Mediation and Conciliation Centre is directed to commence the process of mediation on 18.06.2018. On receipt of the mediation report, the Registry is directed to post the matter before the Court on 08.08.2018.

5. The interim order already granted shall continue till such time.
