When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (C.S.) appearing on behalf of the petitioner/tenant submitted that, possession has already been handed over to the respondents/landlords and hence, the matter in the present revision has become infructuous. Therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 2.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned Government Advocate (C.S.), this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
