Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is running the recreation club as per law and the respondent police are not interfering with the same. The 3rd respondent/Inspector of Police is also present before this Court today and he would state that the petitioner is running the club in accordance with law and that they will not interfere with the functioning of the recreation club.

2. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
