C.M.P.No.7093 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.118184 of 2021 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 315 days in paying the deficit Court fees in the above C.M.A.SR.No.118184 of 2021.

2.Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel appears on behalf of second respondent.

3.I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 315 days in paying the deficit Court fees is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Registry is further directed to print the name of the second respondent counsel at the time of admission.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
