Civil Suit coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- This Court referred the suit for recording evidence before the Additional Master III. On 15.02.2017, PW1 filed proof affidavit, the Master referred the suit to this Court stating that issues had not been framed. 2. Based on the additional pleadings of the parties to the suit, the following additional issues are being framed :

1.Whether the plaintiff is entitled to get the relief of permanent injunction as sought for in the relief (a) in the plaint?

2.Whether the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the damages for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with interest at 12% p.a. to the plaintiff?

3.To what relief the plaintiff is entitled to?
