This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action on petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the matter is related to family dispute, the petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2019 is still pending for enquiry.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued by a Division Bench of this Court in G.Prabakaran Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur in Crl.OP.(MD)No.13681 of 2018 dated 20.09.2018 and dispose of the petitioner's complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
