This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action of the petitioner complaint dated 14.10.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has received an unanimous letter, in which, it is stated that the petitioner herein has obtained a sum of Rs.50,00,00,000/- (Fifty Crores only) from the transaction of Gudkha and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 14.10.2019. So far, no action has been taken on the said complaint.

Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.10.2019, CSR.No.109 of 2020 was issued, a preliminary enquiry was conducted and nobody has come forward to give clue as to who has sent such an unanimous letter. He further submitted that since there is no clue with regard to the person who has sent such an unanimous letter, the said complaint was closed on 25.02.2020 by informing the petitioner that if any information with regard to the person who has sent the unanimous letter is received, he can inform to the police. Hence, he requests to close this petition.

5. Recording the abovesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of his complaint by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
