O R D E R

This petition has been filed to issue direction to the second respondent TO GIVE THE BANDOBUST for permission to conduct the cultural programme on 18.01.2020 in the event of Maravapalayam Arulmighu Pazhaiyur Sri Mariamman Chinnamariamman Thirukoil at Erode based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there is a likelihood of arising law and order problem. He further submitted that the rival group also asked permission for conducting cultural programme on 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same day. The second respondent has not passed any order on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2020.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to enquire the petitioner and also the rival group if any and get appropriate order on or before 15.01.2020 and inform to the parties.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
