Prayer:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 11.05.2010 for Regularisation of the purchase of land bearing Plot No.79, comprised in Survey No.132/7, Noombal village under innocent buyers category within the period fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Mr.S.Soundararajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 11.05.2010, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
wherein and whereby, the petitioner sought for regularising the purchase of land by the petitioner under the Innocent Buyers Category by placing reliance on the order passed by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.565 Revenue Department dated 26.09.2008.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered so far.
4. Needless to say that it is for the first respondent to consider the said request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law also by taking note of the above said G.O. relied on by the petitioner provided the said G.O. is applicable to the case of the petitioner in all four corners. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
