These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 51 days in filing an application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record proposed respondents 4 to 6 as respondents 4 to 6 being the legal heirs of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, proposed respondents 4 to 6 have to be impleaded as the respondents 4 to 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent, these applications are Ordered.

3. The applicant is directed to carryout amendment and file amended copy of the petition by 20.03.2024.
