ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for having committed wilful contempt of the direction made by this Court in the order dated 09/11/2023 passed in WP.No.31953 of 2023.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional 2/5
Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing the communication dated 03.06.2024 from the 2 nd respondent/Additional Director of Panchayath, submitted that pursuant to the order dated 09.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.31953 of 2023, the second respondent has conducted a detailed enquiry and stated that in the event, the petitioner produces the documents to prove that he had undertaken the works, then the 2 nd respondent would take steps to release the amount to the petitioner. A copy of the said communication is also furnished on the learned counsel for the petitioner.
