ORDER

This application is filed by the persons claiming to be sub-tenants in the property for a direction to the learned Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu to construct a new building with all necessary approvals in the property at No.6 Phillips Road, Chennai 1, measuring an extent of 1200 sq.ft. and hand over possession to the petitioners in terms of the prior order dated 29.04.2011 of this Court in A.No.1371 of 2011.

2.Having regard to the change of circumstances and the fact that separate application filed by the Trustees seeking permission for developing the property, with the aid of another Trust is allowed, this application cannot be considered. Therefore, giving liberty to the applicants to seek appropriate relief in respect of the construction that may be put up by the Trustees, this application is dismissed.
