This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27234 of 2024 by an order dated 29.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 70 days and and the case is in progress in S.C.No.14 of 2021 before the learned District and Sessions Court, Mayiladuthurai.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27234 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District and Sessions Court, Mayiladuthurai, on the hearing dates.
