This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No. 1990 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court - V, Coimbatore.

2. In this case, the FIR has been registered for offence under Sections 143, 341 and 188 of Indian Penal Code.

3. This case is covered by the Judgment of this Court in Jeevanandham and others Vs. State and others reported in MANU/TN/5423/2018.

4. In the result, the proceedings in S.T.C.No. 1990 of 2018 on the file of the learned learned Judicial Magistrate Court - https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

V, Coimbatore, is hereby quashed and accordingly, this criminal original petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
