(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by petitioner/father of the detenues Eric Rogan Justin and Sheryl Reena Justin, to cause production of his children before this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Petitioner has informed of his wife having picked up quarrel with his mother/mother-in-law and having left the matrimonial home. He has further informed that when he called at his wife's parental residence, she and her father refused to permit him to see his children. Where admittedly the children are in the custody of the mother, this petition would not lie and it is for the petitioner/husband to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum.

This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
