Even on 27.02.2023 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity the matter was again directed to be listed on 31.03.2023 (today) under the caption for ''dismissal". When the case was called today none represented on behalf of the petitioner and it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
