ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders without fail in Crl.O.P.No.27236 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27236 of 2024 by an order dated 29.10.2024 is relaxed.
