The learned counsel appearing for the respondents contended that the Appeal Suit on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Virdhachalam was dismissed on 05.03.2019 and therefore, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would contend that since the Appeal Suit was dismissed for default, she may be given a liberty to file a fresh application, if the Appeal Suit is restored to file.
3. Considering the plea made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, liberty is granted to file an appropriate application, if the Appeal Suit is restored to file.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 14.06.2019 mbi Index : Yes/No To
