ORDER

This Court by order dated 27.11.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.3746 of 2015 has directed the 2nd respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2007 and complete the same as early as possible.

2.Alleging non-compliance of the said order dated

27.11.2015, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by filing counter, submitted that on completion of the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Salem, and the same was also assigned C.C.No.41 of 2018 on 02.04.2018. As such, the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. Consequently, connected Sub-Application seeking impleadment of the proposed 3rd respondent is dismissed.
