Prayer:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the decree and judgement of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur passed in A.S.No.93 of 1988 dated 24.01.1994 confirming the judgement and decree of the learned District Munsif, Ponneri passed in O.S.No.571 of 1982, dated 29.02.1988.

JUDGMENT

When the second appeal came up for hearing on 20.01.2017, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellant along with his counsel and list the matter today ie., 24.01.2017.

2. Even today, when the matter was called, no one has represented the appellant and the appellant was also not present, in spite of his name printed in the cause list.

3. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
