JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the appellant fairly stated that the matter has become infructuous, since the seized rice of 99,830 kgs., from the appellant were directed to be returned back to the appellant miller, by the judgment dated 29.02.2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No.6 of 2013 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry.
2. Recording his statement and in view of the subsequent development, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
