Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in No.893/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 28.12.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's son namely Dhamu @ Dhamodharan son of Muniyan, aged about 29 years, detained in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, viz., Dhamu @ Dhamodharan son of Muniyan, aged about 29 years, challenging the detention order passed by the Second respondent against the detenu in No.893/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 28.12.2019. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

revoked the detention order passed by the Second respondent against the detenu who is the son of the petitioner. 3.In view of the above said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
