Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of appearing before the respondent the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders passed in Crl.OP.No.23602 of 2021 in Cr.No.58 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021 on the file of the respondent and pass such further or other order. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.ELANGOVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23602 of 2021 on 07.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
