Crl.M.P.No.784 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24403 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.J., This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.19159 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24403 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended till 16.02.2024 for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
