ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27052 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27052 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 is totally relaxed.
