O R D E R

The matter has been heard through "Video Conference". 2.The Learned Counsel for the Respondent would submit that since the main Petition in F.C.O.P.No.58 of 2006 on the file of the Family Court, Salem filed by the Petitioner/husband itself has been withdrawn before the trial Court on 10.05.2019, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3.Further, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that subsequent to the withdrawal of the main Petition, another Petition in H.M.O.P.No.268 of 2019 has been filed before the Family Court, Salem, seeking divorce. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above representation made by both the Parties that the main Petition in H.M.O.P.No.58 of 2006 has been withdrawn, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. It is always open to the Respondents to file Execution Petition for recovery of arrears as ordered by the trial Court. No costs.
