This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court at Magesterial Level, Coimbatore, to expedite the proceedings of complaint filed in C.C.No.425 of 2012, filed by the petitioner herein within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequently, C.C.No.425 of 2012, which is pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court at Magesterial Level, Coimbatore was transferred to the Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore and the same was re-numbered as C.C.No.180 of 2017 on 09.03.2017. Thereafter, after full fledged trial, the complaint filed by the petitioner was dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
