This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners herein being the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole petitioner S.C.Kaliammal as petitioners in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing this WMP.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this WMP is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Writ Petition for hearing on 11.02.2020.

6. Post on 11.02.2020.
