JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) The appeal is directed against the common judgment rendered in W.P.Nos.19880 & 19882 of 2022 dated 01.03.2024.

2. It is brought to our notice that as against the very same common order, in respect of W.P.No.19882 of 2022, W.A.No.192 of 2025 was filed by the Government and the same was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court on 30.01.2025. The issue was common and the reasonings are also common. Hence, we dismiss this appeal, as it is covered by the decision in W.A.No.192 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025. Consequently, C.M.P.No.14798 of 2025 is also dismissed. No costs.
