The petitioner has filed this petition for consideration of his 1/4

representation dated 09.02.2015 filed before the 1st respondent.

2. It is to be pointed out that Resolution No.235, dated 28.07.2003 passed by the Muthannapalayam Panchayat has no statutory force and that after a lapse of nine years, the same is kept pending. When the said resolution has no statutory force, filing a Writ petition, seeking direction to cancel the same is not necessary. Learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly conceded with the said proposition. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ petition.
