ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 354 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.57 of 2017 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner is the landlord and the de facto complainant is the tenant and due to the tenancy dispute, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the de facto complainant in respect of tenancy and the petitioner abused the de facto complainant in filthy language and also alleged that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the de facto complainant with hands and caused injury. He would submit that this is a case in counter. He further submitted that injured has been discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the case is a civil dispute and the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail

in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem, or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
