ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed to seek a direction for initiation of action against the fourth respondent - former Panchayat President of Pallagacheri Village Panchayat, Kallakurichi District.

2. It is stated by learned Government Pleader that action has already been initiated and, for which, a reference of the proceedings in Rc.No.A4/138/22, dated 13.06.2021 has been given.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, rendering it to be infructuous. There will be no order as to costs.
