ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass, intimidate, illegally detain, or repeatedly foist false criminal cases against the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, except strictly in accordance with due process of law. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is a historysheeter involved in ten cases. That apart, he is also an accused in P.R.C. No.13 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram. He further submitted that the respondent police are only attempting to serve summons on the petitioner and are not harassing him. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 22-01-2026 MRN
