This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2021 on the file of the second respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.09.2021, a case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.8 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 454, 457 and 381 of IPC.
