This petition is filed to condone the delay of 84 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Ms.N.Mala, Special Government Pleader (Pondicherry) appears for the respondent Department and there is no serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit, filed in support of the Petition, we allow this petition and condone the delay of 84 days in filing the appeal. The CMP is allowed and need not be listed again.
