ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to register a case by lodging F.I.R., based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein on 16.05.2013, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the petition enquiry conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.05.2013. The said statement is recorded. 4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition however, the third respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
