Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the RSTC (Residential Special Training Center) Scheme to the AWARD Trust, Rep. by its Managing Trustee, the 6th respondent herein.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the RSTC (Residential Special Training Center) Scheme given to the AWARD Trust.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner and the sixth respondent, who is the contesting respondent. 2/6
3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is stated that the petitioner is the Financial Trustee of the All Women's Association in Rural Development (AWARD Trust). It is her case that the said Trust was started on 14.09.2005 comprising of 7 Trustees, including the Managing Trustee, who is impleaded as the sixth respondent herein.
4. The Trust was formed for uplifting the Socio Economical condition of the Rural Poor People, in general, Rural Women and Children. It is her grievance that the Managing Trustee has failed to administer the Trust in terms of its objectives. Several allegations were made against the Managing Trustee/sixth respondent. In this regard, the petitioner also gave a representation dated 13.11.2014 to the second respondent, but no action has been taken so far.

Since the allegations levelled against the sixth respondent are serious in nature, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.11.2014 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take appropriate action. Since this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the representation 3/6
or the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 5 to issue proper notice to the petitioner and the six respondent before taking action on the said representation.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 13.10.2022 Index : Yes/No pvs 4/6
