ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents or those acting under them, not to harass the petitioner regarding any complaint with reference to the property at No.27/57, Bangaru Street, First Floor, Mount Road, Chennai - 600 002 or such matters as may be incidental or ancillary to the administration of the estate of late M.Munisundar Singh.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 3 to 5, notice to the respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with.

4. It is seen that the dispute is civil in nature. Therefore, this Court is no inclined to entertain this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
