O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for the following relief: To direct the respondents to forthwith implement the order of the District Collector dated 12.12.2018 in Na.Ka.23166/2018/VI and the consequential order of the 1st respondent dated 18.12.2018 in Na.Ka.No.4124/A6/2018 to open the TASMAC Shop No.4124 in the petitioner premises bearing Plot No.26, Mambakkam Main Road, Prabakaran Nagar, Vengaivasal Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner's premises was taken on lease by the first respondent for locating the TASMAC shop, till this date, neither the shop is located nor the rent is paid to the petitioner. It is further stated that the Collector has also recommended to locate the said shop in the said premises.

3. The learned standing counsel for the first respondent, based on instructions, submitted that the shop will be located in the subject matter premises within a period of four weeks.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and considering the stand taken by the first respondent as stated supra, this writ petition is disposed of, by recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the first respondent. No costs.
