ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the petitioner complaint dated 10.04.2015 in C.S.R.No.194/2014 and investigate the case in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.194/2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.194/2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
